 Baloch Leader Dr Mahrang Baloch 

Dr Mahrang Baloch is a courageous woman human rights defender based in Balochistan. As a leader of the Baloch Yakjehti Committee (BYC) she has dedicated her life to campaigning against unlawful enforced disappearances and extrajudicial killings perpetrated by Pakistani authorities in the Balochistan Province.


With unwavering determination and resilience Mahrang Baloch has been at the forefront of the struggle for justice and human rights in Balochistan. She has worked tirelessly to raise awareness about the plight of the Baloch people, who have faced decades of systematic oppression, displacement and violence.



Through her work with the BYC Mahrang Baloch has provided a voice for the voiceless supporting families of victims and advocating for their rights. Her leadership has been instrumental in mobilizing communities, organizing protests and engaging with international human rights organizations to bring attention to the crisis in Balochistan.
